ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Technical Team in the disassembly of various aircraft projects, performing aircraft disassembly as directed by the GPC team, documenting the parts removed, and liaising with the Logistics team. /li liWork as part of a team to ensure the safe disassembly/removal of parts and components from various aircraft, and that these are clearly labelled and documented on behalf of our customers. /li liRead and interpret AMMs, IPCs and eCube Best Practice Guides so that component removal can be managed as efficiently and effectively as possible. /li liEnsure that each aircraft disassembly project is delivered within the time committed to the customer. /li liRaise any non‑conformities or risk of damage to the Technical Team Leader. /li liIdentify damaged components using visual methods. /li liWork closely with the Technical Team Leader and Head of Customer Projects to deliver the best customer experience for all ecube customers, balanced by the need to be efficient across our working practices. /li liSupport the daily reviews and Team Project Boards. /li liWork with various tools and equipment, ensuring all items are well maintained and in good state of repair. /li liActively support continuous improvement projects within the business to improve quality, productivity, etc., and raise issues and opportunities for efficiency improvements. /li liPromote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to ensure all duties are performed within established safety guidelines. /li liSupport the delivery of KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity to maintain operational growth. /li liWork in conjunction with other functional teams, ensuring that the resources required to support the projects are in place. /li /ul h3Key Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liTeam player (hands‑on). /li liHigh attention to detail. /li liExcellent hand skills. /li liGood level of physical fitness. /li liEnergised, enthusiastic with a professional "can‑do" attitude. /li liDemonstrable experience in aircraft maintenance or disassembly. /li liHighly focused, able to stick to the objectives and goals of the company without giving in to undue distractions and challenges. /li liAbility to work well under pressure and deliver results. /li /ul pFull Time /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
