To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Alicante.This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.What Your Role & ResponsibilitiesWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.Travel to the Alicante Airport arrivals area when notified.Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.No airport security clearance is required for this role.What We OfferHigh FlexibilityA completely versatile schedule based on flight disruption events.
