To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions. /p pWe are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Barcelona Airport. /p pThis is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation. /p h3Your Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. /li liRespond on Short Notice: Travel to the Barcelona Airport arrivals area when notified. /li liInform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. /li liBe a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. /li liNo airport security clearance is required for this role. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 h3High Flexibility /h3 ul liA completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events.
