At FlightHelp, we support airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Malaga Airport. This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation. /ph3Your Role Responsibilities /h3ulliWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), the operations team will contact you with all the details. /liliRespond on short notice by traveling to the Malaga Airport arrivals area when notified. /liliInform passengers by distributing informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explaining how FlightHelp can assist them. /liliBe a reassuring presence, communicating with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. /liliNo airport security clearance is required for this role. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pHigh flexibility: Completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events.
