Group Chief Executive Officer – Airport Infrastructure & Capital DevelopmentAt OmSai.Aero, we are building a long‑term aviation infrastructure platform anchored in disciplined governance, institutional capital, and phased airport development. We seek a seasoned and execution‑oriented leader to advance institutional structuring and financial closure.Key ResponsibilitiesStructure the capital stack (equity, debt, VGF, institutional participation) and lead the financial closure strategy.Establish governance frameworks and build a high‑performing executive leadership team for phased airport development.Drive government interface, regulatory compliance, and project execution.Transition the founder‑led initiative into an institutional‑grade aviation platform.Qualifications18+ years of experience in airport infrastructure, aviation projects, or large‑scale infrastructure finance.Demonstrated exposure to capital raising, PPP models, regulatory interface, and project execution.Prior senior leadership or P&L responsibility in aviation infrastructure strongly preferred.Strong government interface capability and financial discipline.Compensation and OwnershipThe role offers an ownership‑aligned mandate with ESOP‑based participation and milestone‑linked incentives. Executive compensation is activated post financial closure.
