To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions. We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Madrid Airport. This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliRespond on short notice: travel to the Madrid Airport arrivals area when notified. /liliDistribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how Flight Help can assist them. /liliCommunicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. /liliAssist passengers in claiming their rights for flight disruptions exceeding 3 hours. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliResidence in Madrid or surrounding area. /liliGood Spanish language skills (minimum B2 level); English or additional languages a strong advantage. /liliReliable, punctual, comfortable interacting with the public in a professional manner. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliHigh Flexibility: adaptable schedule based on actual flight disruption events. /liliCompensation: €30 per assignment (approximately 1hour). /liliFull expense reimbursement: fuel, parking, and public transportation tickets covered. /liliPerformance bonuses: opportunity for additional performance-based bonuses and long-term collaboration. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
