We have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigating travel disruptions. /ph3Your Role Responsibilities /h3ulliWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. /liliRespond on short notice: travel to Barcelona Airport arrivals area when notified. /liliInform passengers: distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. /liliBe a reassuring presence: communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. /liliNo airport security clearance is required for this role. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pHigh Flexibility. /pulliA completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events.
