To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions. /ppWe are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Madrid Airport. This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation. /ph3Your Role Responsibilities /h3ulliWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. /liliRespond on Short Notice: Travel to the Madrid Airport arrivals area when notified. /liliInform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. /liliBe a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. /lili(Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role). /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pHigh Flexibility /pulliA completely adaptable schedule based on flight disruption events.
