Job Description About the Position We seek an experienced and skilled analytical professional to lead our laboratory operations as an Analytical Operations Lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC-MS (Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry), and a passion for analytical precision. This position offers the opportunity to drive analytical excellence in a fast-paced, research-driven environment. Main Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC and GC-MS systems for quantitative and qualitative analysis of samples. Supervise daily laboratory activities and ensure compliance with safety standards. Develop and validate analytical methods for new compounds, formulations, or materials. Review and approve analytical data, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and proper documentation. Manage instrument calibration schedules, reagent inventories, and lab resource planning. Prepare detailed technical reports and contribute to scientific presentations. Required Skills and Qualifications Education Masters degree or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Science, or a related field. Experience Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry laboratories. Skills Proven expertise in HPLC and GC-MS operation is a must, data interpretation, and troubleshooting. Experience in method development and validation. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with chromatography data systems (e.G., Empower, ChemStation, MassHunter, etc.).
