And we are proud of what we do. FEEL THE GREEN with us! At HEINEKEN Spain, we are currently looking for an Analytics & AI Lead to join our team, based in our Madrid offices. Mission The Analytics Lead oversees the technical delivery of data required to drive the analytics agenda, covering BI up to AI. By acting as a strategic interface between business stakeholders and analytics teams the analytics lead drives the agenda with the right aligned business priorities. This role ensures that business needs are translated into actionable analytics solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across BI, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives. The Analytics Lead orchestrates the development and scaling This role reports to the D&T Manager Support Functions & Data FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Translation: Convert business challenges into analytics use cases and MVPs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, validating assumptions and ensuring clarity of requirements. Capability Building: Support the definition of analytics roadmaps and promote data literacy across functions. Delivery Oversight: Guide the technical delivery of data and analytics solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and business relevance. Define and prioritise analytics use cases with business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for analytics teams. Gather innovative insights from OPCOs to capture knowledge and share initiatives with the global community that could be scaled or replicated. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Support agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming. Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement of analytics solutions. Promote adoption of analytics tools and outputs across the organisation. Strategic and challenger mindset – develop a cohesive Analytics agenda reflecting Heineken Spain’s strategic priorities but being brave and courageous to challenge the status quo. Innovation - able to define and execute analytics innovations, affecting our ability to increase data accuracy scaled up to insights & foresights. Respected influencer – play a material role in driving the Analytics agenda cross OpCo and ensure functional engagement in the analytics area Inspiring communicator – promote Analytics across Spain/Region/Globe to build buy-in and create momentum for change – demonstrate the ability to “get things done” in Heineken's culture. Expert facilitator – able to negotiate tough decisions and major disagreements / misalignment across initiatives, priorities and functions to ensure overall the overall Analytics agenda stays on track. Employee enabler – drive how new ways of working can enhance employee experience Expert stakeholder management – Strong relationship management skills to coordinate within Spain and with the leadership and programme teams from other OpCos, Region and Global. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education 4–5 years of experience in data analytics, with project management experience considered a strong plus.
