AOCS Team Lead (AIT & On-Orbit Operations) We are looking for an experienced AOCS Team Lead to support both Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) and on-orbit operations for an active satellite fleet. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on involvement, ensuring seamless coordination between ground testing and in-orbit spacecraft operations. You will lead a team of engineers, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the continuous improvement of AOCS performance and processes.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of AOCS AIT and On-Orbit Support Engineers
Define operational schedules and delegate responsibilities across AIT and on-orbit activities
Coordinate with international engineering teams to ensure alignment and performance
Plan and oversee test campaigns and on-orbit task execution
Monitor, investigate, and resolve anomalies affecting spacecraft safety and performance
Propose and implement improvements to test plans and operational procedures
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and traceable
Support hiring and development of local engineering talent as needed
Participate directly in AIT and on-orbit activities when required
Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements across operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in spacecraft attitude and orbit control systems
Professional Level of English (Writen and Spoken)
Valid work permit in the country of employment

Experience with documentation and process management
