In this role, you will be responsible for resolving API-related incidents and operational issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of API services in production environments.Key Responsibilities:Resolve API-related incidents and operational issuesPerform API troubleshooting and root cause analysisAnalyze logs and tracing data to identify issuesProvide support for incidents affecting API runtimeCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issuesMonitor API performance and proactively address potential problemsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong troubleshooting capability in API environmentsSolid knowledge of HTTP, REST, and JSONExperience with log analysis and tracing toolsAbility to distinguish between gateway, network, and backend issuesExperience handling runtime incidents in integration platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in high-availability environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesIf you are passionate about APIs and enjoy solving complex operational challenges, we would love to hear from you.
