Job Description
We are seeking a skilled API Support Engineer (L2) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving API-related incidents and operational issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of API services in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve API-related incidents and operational issues
Perform API troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Analyze logs and tracing data to identify issues
Provide support for incidents affecting API runtime
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Monitor API performance and proactively address potential problems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting capability in API environments
Solid knowledge of REST, and JSON
Experience with log analysis and tracing tools
Ability to distinguish between gateway, network, and backend issues
Experience handling runtime incidents in integration platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in high-availability environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
