Business analysis and stakeholder partnership - the ability to understand business requirements, explain system capabilities and limitations, develop practical solutions, and build effective relationships with Colleague Resources, Total Rewards, IT, vendors, and business teams. Project and change management - strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute to complex projects, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines. Clear communication and international collaboration - excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics clearly and work effectively in an international team environment.
