The ideal candidate will translate strategic ideas into tangible deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and maintain accountability. The Product Owner will be the heartbeat of the squad, ensuring projects move swiftly, decisions stay aligned with our strategy, and the roadmap directly drives business outcomes. Manage daily stand-ups, weekly sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize team performance. Update and maintain the squad's backlog and roadmap in Notion for seamless collaboration. Align feature requirements with the Product Lead or CEO to ensure strategic alignment. Coordinate dependencies with UX/UI, developers, and data analysts to drive innovation. Test and validate releases before and after deployment for quality assurance. Document features, learnings, and post-release analysis to inform future development. The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager in a tech or mobile app environment. They must possess strong organizational and execution skills, be familiar with agile frameworks, and have proven experience working with cross-functional squads.
