In this role, you will be responsible for owning the application operations service, ensuring stability, performance, and high-quality support in production environments. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliOwn and manage application support operations end-to-end /liliCoordinate daily operational activities across support teams /liliTake ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution /liliAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders and business teams /liliEnsure service control, reporting, and operational governance /liliOversee incident management and continuous service improvement /liliCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability /li /ulpbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pulli7–10 years of experience in production application support /liliStrong stakeholder management and business communication skills /liliSolid understanding of application architectures, interfaces, and dependencies /liliProven experience in high-availability production environments /liliLeadership capability and strong service ownership mindset /liliStrong problem-solving and coordination skills /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications: /b /pulliExperience in financial services environments /liliKnowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks /liliExperience managing distributed or cross-functional teams /li /ulpIf you are passionate about application operations, leadership, and delivering high-quality support services, we would love to hear from you. /p
