pThe Advance Quality Engineer will play a key role in quality planning, ensuring that all stages of new program development follow the required quality standards. This role serves as the Voice of the Customer, ensuring alignment between customer (OEM) expectations and plant deliverables. The position involves direct communication with customers such as Audi, Mercedes and BMW to define quality criteria and follow up during development and launch, ensuring products meet customer expectations through effective risk management. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pp•Execute disciplined Advanced Quality Planning and validation of our products and processes throughout the PPAP program procedure. /pp•Lead the systematic completion of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tasks and staged Initial Process Signoffs (iPSO) to ensure robust product and process development and validation. /pp•Collaborate actively with the Cross‑Functional Team, providing inputs, identifying risks on quality‑related issues, and driving the resolution of quality concerns. /pp•Lead problem‑solving and escalation activities throughout the development phases, guiding the team through the application of core quality tools (8D, SPC, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.). /pp•Ensure that the Voice of the Customer (VOC) is understood and translated into specifications, requirements, special characteristics, and technical documentation. /ppbr/ppbWhat we need from you, for internal posting /b /ppBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering /ppDesired experience in the automotive sector, for instance Quality, Manufacturing, Program Development, SQE, STA, production. /ppDesired experience using automotive quality tools, (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, DOEs, MSA, Control Plan, Gauge RR, etc.) /ppBusiness English and Spanish is a must. /ppTravel expectation 30% in Europe. /ppHighly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills. /p
