Arquid S.L.P. is an architectural office started in Spain in 2003 with a big international professional trajectory opening offices in France Berlin UK and Belgium. We work for private clients residential commercial corporate industrial hotel and cultural projects offering integral Architecture Project Management design and consulting services. Arquid is a company part of GROUP IPS holding.
Now we are looking for a Junior Architect for our office in Barcelona Spain.
As an employee of ARQUID the profile will actively participate in a wide range of projects from small improvements and renovations to large industrial investments. As an architect or technical Architect you will collaborate with out team members executing a variety of projects.
What is the role About
We are currently looking for an Architect to help on the business development of Arquid preparing prospect clients presentation and other aspects align with the current team at the office. He or She will be involved in a wide range of projects from small improvements and renovations to large industrial investments. As an architect or technical Architect you will collaborate with out team members executing a variety of in ARQUID under the responsibility of Juan Juárez (ARQUID IBUM).
The company is strongly betting on its development and would like to integrate talented new people in the spirit of growing the company.
Requirements
Masters Degree in Architecture
2-6 years of experience in sectors such as Housing Logistics retail or Offices.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Language is valuable (French or German)
Knowledge in

AutoCAD
Revit
Office (Word Excel Powerpoint)
RhinoVray (Optional)

Valuable experience on Permits design and on site / quality supervision.
Interest in design contests AND quality supervision
Skills

Attention to detail and quality.
Communication and teamwork
Initiative and flexibility

BIM experience is valuable.
Open to geographical mobility based on projects needs ( national and international)
Diver License B
