Each project is developed through a strategic and thoughtful lens, with close attention to how spaces are experienced and lived.We are growing — and we are looking for new talent to keep moving forward.Your missionWe are looking for a Concept Architect (3–5 years of experience) who views design as a form of storytelling.In this role, you will be a key creative driver during the most critical early phases of a project. Working closely with Project and Senior leadership, you will help define the architectural "DNA" of our work—ranging from high-end residential to hospitality and cultural landmarks—translating abstract ideas into tangible, compelling design proposals.What you will doDevelop conceptual and spatial strategies, ensuring every project is grounded in a clear and distinctive narrative.Produce evocative diagrams, mood boards, and presentations that translate complex ideas into clear visuals for the team and clients.Develop sophisticated 3D models and spatial studies, primarily using SketchUp to test and refine ideas quickly.Drive the production of competition entries and initial design phases, balancing creative ambition with project feasibility.Actively participate in internal reviews, contributing to a studio environment of healthy debate and continuous refinement.Your profileYou are a concept-driven design professional with early-to-mid level experience, strong spatial intuition, and a clear architectural voice. We are looking for someone who brings creative curiosity, visual clarity, and design ambition, and who enjoys exploring ideas, shaping concepts, and contributing to meaningful architectural proposals within a collaborative studio environment.Strong fit for this role ifYou are a designer deeply immersed in contemporary design culture who has a strong balance of creative vision and graphic precision.You hold a professional degree in Architecture and have 3–5 years of experience with a specific focus on design and concept development.You are a SketchUp expert and highly proficient in Enscape, AutoCAD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.While Rhino knowledge is not a requirement, it is a strong plus.You are curious, proactive, and have a high level of graphic sensitivity. You understand that a clear diagram is often as vital as a final render.You are proficient in English.
