As Area Manager , your mission is to ensure that every operating space in the city aligns with our high service standards. You will be the guardian of our facilities' upkeep, staff management, and cross-departmental coordination. Reporting directly to the COO , you will be the key driver in guaranteeing the best possible service for our community. We aren’t looking for a traditional manager; we need a prioritization superhero/ine , an issue-resolution ninja , and a leader who thrives on out-of-the-box thinking. You will lead a fantastic team of 20 to 30 people , acting as the direct supervisor for 8 to 9 Coworking Managers. Your success will be defined by operational excellence and the growth of your team.
