Area Sales Manager - Industrial Belting - Spain & Latin America Ready to lead business growth across Spain & Latin America? We’re hiring an Area Sales Manager - Based in Spain | International role Why this role matters At Mafdel , we don’t just sell products-we deliver innovative conveying solutions that simplify maintenance and improve industrial performance worldwide. As part of our international expansion, this role is key to accelerate our growth in Spain and Latin America . This role is designed for experienced sales professionals used to developing complex international markets Your impact : As our Area Sales Manager , you will: ✔️ Drive business development and open new markets ✔️ Build strong partnerships with distributors & OEMs ✔️ Act as a technical advisor to customers ✔️ Lead projects with internal teams (design & production) ✔️ Represent Mafdel at international trade fairs What we are looking for : Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial sales / B2B environment · Strong technical skills, in conveying, belting, or industrial components preferred · Comfortable in using CRM tools and digital environments A strong hunter mindset and field-oriented approach Excellent communication & negotiation skills Fluent in English & Spanish (mandatory) Autonomous, proactive, and customer- focused Open to frequent international travels Why join Mafdel?
