Responsibilities

Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists.
Helping create all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.
Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.
Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness.
Quality control, identifying work process improvements.
Be a role model for the team and create a healthy and positive vibe.

Requirements

Minimum three years of industry experience working with creative teams within a studio, preferably in graphic illustrations and visuals.
Understanding of industry‑standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of graphic design production.
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists and graphic designers.
Attention to visual details.
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
Communication in English.
