ppAs part of the Creative department you will be working in defining and executing creative concepts. In your day‑to‑day life you will collaborate with creative copywriters, content specialists, editors, among many others. Your task could cover anything from searching from references to executing visual concepts. The work done in the Creative department is the cornerstone of our agency, and a team of people and departments work together towards building ideas powered by people. /ph3Responsibilities Qualifications /h3ulliReporting to Creative Director, is responsible for supporting the Design and Creative team in creating content across all media channels. /liliThe role is a very “hands‑on”, because he/she is responsible for creating visual concepts in response to clients’ briefs and relaying them to the Creative Director. His/her work is mainly focused on specific campaigns or activations, although he/she also works on editorial and digital projects. /liliResponsible for design executions and creating visual response to briefs with the supervision of senior designers or art directors. Is also asked to get things done to a high standard and able to make it easy for others to do the same. /liliJunior art directors need to be natural visual thinkers, ready to expand on their skills and learn from senior art directors in order to flourish. /li /ulh3Leadership /h3ulliHave a proactive and predisposed attitude to making things happen. /liliHave confident communications skills.
