Assistant Auditor – Zurich Insurance
Zurich Insurance is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Auditor to support audit engagements across Spanish entities. You will work closely with audit teams across the region in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Participate in all stages of the audit process from planning to reporting.
Support the audit plan by completing assigned audit work of exceptional quality, on time and with impact.
Gain insights into key risks and processes in the insurance and financial sectors, building constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.
Apply new technologies including Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to deliver smarter audit outcomes.
Collaborate globally with colleagues across different countries in a supportive environment.
Continuously develop technical and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience (including internships), preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a sense of responsibility and commitment.
Basic knowledge of audit methodology, internal controls, and preferably the insurance sector.
Interest in learning Data Analytics, IT, and GenAI.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver on time.
