Job Description
MRM is looking for an Associate Creative Director with strong strategic thinking skills and impeccable visual craft, capable of leading creative processes and developing powerful ideas that resonate with global brands.
About The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving creative thinking, supervising visual execution, and ensuring every project meets our high-quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to build creative solutions tailored to client needs.
What You’ll Do
Develop and foster strong creative strategies, guiding and inspiring the team through execution.
Design, direct, and supervise creative concepts from ideation to final production.
Lead presentations and clearly pitch ideas to clients with confidence and persuasion.
Collaborate with technology, production, and strategic teams to create integrated solutions.
Play an active role in new business efforts and contribute to internal improvements within the creative department.
Mentor junior talent and help maintain a positive and inspiring team environment.
Stay updated on cultural trends, design, craft, and relevant technologies.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in art direction and creativity.
Exceptional visual craft and the ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns.
Strong conceptual skills: able to think big, powerful, and scalable ideas across channels.
Proven ability to lead teams and creative processes effectively.
Experience working with global accounts.
Fluent English (mandatory).
A refined and relevant portfolio, ideally including award‑winning or widely recognized work.
Deep knowledge of digital environments, social media, and innovative formats.
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
