OverviewWhat You'll Do This role is a key member of the Strategy & Operations team in AI-EPIC. The role is accountable for developing and implementing change management strategies for one or multiple ongoing initiatives within the organization. Works closely with the EAI transformation office to ensure alignment of change impact across a portfolio of projects. Reports to the Head of Strategy & Operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide change management leadership and support for major change initiativesCoordinate change across a number of projects ensuring change is delivered in a coordinated wayPartner with project leaders and project managers on successful delivery of the initiativeEnsure adherence to company change management frameworksPerform change impact assessments to identify key risks and resistance to successful implementationDevelop and deliver on comprehensive partner engagement, communications, and training plans to ensure project successCreate plans for measuring adoption and success of changeMay work with external service providersParticipates in AZ project management and change management communities of practice to share standard methodologies and findingsExpertise in change management, with a consistent record of delivering successful change projectsDemonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectivesStrong networking/consulting skills with good internal/external linksAbility to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with AZ businessConsistent record in delivering high risk programme/projects and decision makingEssential CriteriaExpertise in change management, with a consistent record of delivering successful change projectsDemonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectivesStrong networking/consulting skills with good internal/external linksAbility to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with AZ businessConsistent record in delivering high risk programme/projects and decision makingDesirable CriteriaFormal qualifications in change management, project management, and/or process improvement methodologiesExperience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical contextPharmaceutical R&D experienceWorking ModelWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
