ph3Associate Director, Marketing - Iberia /h3h3Hybrid (Madrid) /h3pThis role will be responsible for leading marketing strategies and initiatives for all BioMarin products, including new assets, and for creating the Regional Marketing Plan in coordination with the Global Management Team. To ensure the local execution of global marketing priorities, the incumbent will work closely with the medical, market access, and sales teams across the region. This role has regional scope in Spain and Portugal. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliResponsible for creating Regional Marketing Plan in coordination with Global Management Team for launching in a complex market; /liliExperience shaping the market, shaping standard of care and need for a treatment; /liliDevelop and coordinate market researches with key stakeholders; /liliStrong metric capabilities, mapping the marketing and properly leading analysis and projections; /liliWork closely with Access team in order to ensure best initiatives, alignment and access submissions in Iberia; /liliWork closely with physicians in the field building relationship, advocates and managing key opinion leaders; /liliResponsible for ensuring local execution of global marketing priorities, working with medical, access and sales team; /liliAccountable for managing effective relationships and partnerships between internal stakeholders, such marketing, sales and medical teams; /liliPrepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievements by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities; /liliAbility to work in a multiproduct environment with multiple approach and strong leadership; /liliLead multichannel strategies for the franchises, printed materials, virtual approaches, events, congress; /liliUnderstand PL concept and coordinate initiatives to achieve goals; /liliStrong ability on project management and KPI implementation; /liliImplementation of ROI tools to maximize and select initiatives; /li /ulh3Scope /h3pResponsible for the marketing strategy in Spain and Portugal.
