Experteer Overview In this role you will represent BSI to clients in Madrid or Barcelona, driving improvements by assessing client systems against BSI standards. You will prepare and present assessment reports, guiding clients toward corrective actions and decisions on certificates. You’ll maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal support teams to keep records accurate and complete. You will also identify growth opportunities within your portfolio while upholding BSI’s values of client-centricity, agility, and collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Prepare assessment reports and present results to clients with clear corrective actions
- Recommend certificate issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal per policy and timelines
- Maintain continuity and strong working relationships with clients and within the team
- Provide accurate, timely information to support departments and keep customer records up to date
- Develop partnerships to secure business relationships and drive customer satisfaction and development within portfolioResponsabilidades
- At least 4 years of professional IT auditing experience
- Knowledge and experience of the IT sector
- Technical understanding of information security systems management
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
- Fluency in Spanish (C2) and English (B2/C1)
- University level education or professional training (Licence, Master I and Master II)Requisitos principales
