Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Automation / Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, optimization, and innovation across all service lots, leveraging automation and continuous improvement practices to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the automation roadmap across services
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
Lead tooling optimization and workflow automation initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all service areas
Collaborate with technical teams to implement automation solutions
Promote a DevOps and automation-first mindset across teams
Monitor and measure the impact of automation and improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong DevOps and automation mindset
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Experience in workflow optimization and process automation
Ability to identify and implement operational efficiency improvements
Experience with continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-scale, distributed environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
