In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows across our business units. You will play a key role in transforming manual, repetitive processes into efficient, scalable automated systems, directly impacting our operations, revenue, and guest satisfaction. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDesign, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. /liliBuild and integrate AI/ML-based automation solutions to support operational and business processes (e.g. dynamic pricing, guest communication, reporting). /liliIdentify automation opportunities across departments — Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, Guest Experience, and HR — and translate them into technical solutions. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes, and define automation roadmaps. /liliIntegrate automation solutions with existing hospitality platforms such as PMS (Property Management Systems), Channel Managers, CRMs, and ERPs. /liliMonitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed bots and AI workflows to ensure performance and reliability. /liliDevelop and maintain clear technical documentation for all automation projects. /liliStay up to date with emerging AI and automation technologies and propose innovative applications within the hospitality context. /liliEnsure data privacy and security compliance in all automated processes. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/ppbTechnical Skills /b /pulliProven experience (2+ years) in RPA development using bUiPath /b (preferred) or similar platforms such as Power Automate or Automation Anywhere. /liliHands-on experience with bn8n /b for workflow automation and multi-system integrations — building, deploying, and maintaining complex automation pipelines. /liliWorking knowledge of bClaude (Anthropic) /b and its API for building AI-powered automation, intelligent agents, and natural language processing workflows. /liliSolid programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript. /liliExperience working with AI/ML tools and frameworks (OpenAI API, LangChain, Azure AI, or similar). /liliFamiliarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management (SQL, JSON, XML). /liliExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus. /liliKnowledge of hospitality tech stack (PMS, Channel Managers, RMS) is a strong advantage. /li /ul pbPreferred Stack: /b n8n · UiPath · Claude (Anthropic API) /ppbr/ppbSoft Skills /b /pulliStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset. /liliAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. /liliSelf-starter with a proactive approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. /liliTeam player with a collaborative attitude. /li /ulpbr/ppbLanguages /b /pulliEnglish: Professional proficiency (required). /liliSpanish: Conversational or higher (valued). /li /ul pbr/ppbLife at Olala! /b /pulliBreakfast is the most important meal of the day.
