The Project
HR Business Partners are people‑centric professionals who aim to deliver a first‑class employee experience. By empowering our talent, we help the business increase its profitability and brand equity. Working closely with our business areas, they help implement the business strategy from a people perspective.
We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner based in Barcelona (Sant Feliu) to join our team of Corporate HRBPs.
What will the role entail?
HR Advice and Support to Assigned Business Areas
Act as a link between the assigned business areas and the HR department to support required HR processes.
Develop solutions that allow each business area to comply with its strategy; resolve labor doubts involving employees in your business area.
Ensure each business area has efficient structures, and advise on lateral movements, promotions and succession plans when necessary.
Assist the assigned business areas in detecting problems or conflicts in their teams and provide guidance in resolving them.
Participate in the last phase of the selection processes to align culture and values with new hires.
Administratively manage corporate processes (promotions, terminations, retirement, leave, etc.) and HR communications to employees and managers (remote working policy, bonus communication, code of conduct, etc.).
Strategy and Development of the HR Area
Design and implement HR policies that support continuous improvement and professionalization of the area.
Create global reports of national and international HR activity that enable measurement of departmental KPIs.
Requirements

Manage priorities, identify and respond to emergencies.
Multitask and provide quick, accurate answers regarding people issues.
Be methodical, rigorous and organized in various projects.
Adapt communication to diverse audiences and demonstrate good listening skills.
Requirements of the Position
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or similar; a Master’s degree desirable.
English level C1.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
