Your mission
To give support to minimise legal risks and offer legal coverage in business transactions and conflicts with third parties in order to advise in decision making when it is requested giving the necessary documentation or participating, when it is necessary, in the initial phase of the projects.
What will the role entail?
Give support in the management of the IP & domain name portfolios for Pepe Jeans, Hackett and Façonnable liaising with external Trademark agents/advisors in order to keep intellectual property assets duly protected and up to date
Give support to IP/Brand Protection related conflicts aroused with third parties and coordinate with external legal advisors in order to solve the conflict in the most efficient way
Conduct personal data protection risk assessment and implement the measures necessaries in order that the Group companies are compliant with data protection applicable regulations. To draft and review the necessary contractual documentation in relation to data protection compliance
Provide legal assistance to Licensing, Operations, Marketing, IT and E-commerce Departments by drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions of related agreements with third parties
Provide legal assistance to Design Department by reviewing seasonal collections

Requirements of the position:
University Degree in Law
Master in Intellectual Property (desirable)
3 years professional experience in a similar role
Languages: fluent in English. French or any other EU language (desirable)
Knowledge: Intellectual Property and Licensing
