The Bid Management Specialist in the Vertical Solutions team supports the preparation and delivery of high-quality bids, focusing on coordination, documentation, and execution of bid activities.This role ensures all inputs are collected, structured, and delivered on time, working closely with country teams and internal stakeholders.What You’ll DoBid Execution SupportSupport full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and kick-off through submission and post-submission activities.Prepare, manage, and maintain bid documentation, templates, and submission packages.Monitor overall bid progress and proactively address issues that may impact delivery.Cross-functional Coordination & Follow-UpCoordinate input from Commercial, CTO, Finance, Legal teams, in alignment with the Head of Bid Management.Define responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure adherence to bid schedules.Proposal DevelopmentSupport the development, editing, and formatting of compelling, customer-focused proposals.Ensure proposals are clear, consistent, accurate, and aligned with customer requirements and company standards.Review content for quality, completeness, and compliance before submission.Track compliance matrices, approval workflows, and submission checklists.Identify, document, and escalation bid risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.Own and maintain bid templates, content libraries, knowledge repositories, and standard documentation.In collaboration with Group Commercial, Non-MNO, evaluate, recommend, and implement tools that improve bid management efficiency and collaboration for both Pan-European and local opportunities.Collaboration with CountriesPartner with local country teams to provide bid structure, methodology, and quality assurance.Ensure consistency in proposal quality, messaging, and compliance across multiple markets.What We’re Looking ForEducationUniversity’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.LanguagesEnglish: Advanced (Must-have)Any other Cellnex language: Intermediate (Valuable)Tools & SystemsMS Office: Advanced (Must-have)CRM: Intermediate (Valuable)ExperienceProven experience in bid management, proposal management, project coordination, or commercial operations, preferrable in the Telecom or B2B industryExperience coordinating complex, cross-functional bids in multinational environments is highly desirableFamiliarity with public procurement processes and Pan-European tenders is an advantage.Other relevant Skills or CharacteristicStrong project and stakeholder management skills.Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and quality standards.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of bid governance, compliance, and risk management.What we offerHybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 remote).Modern office located in Barcelona city (headquarters), in Passeig de la Zona Franca, 105.International and cross-functional teamwork environment.Growth opportunities in a fast-evolving tech company.A purpose-driven role with societal and business impact.About usBe part of a large and growing technology company that is redefining the future of telecoms.We are the European leader in telecommunications infrastructure and technological innovation, a company with strong geographic expansion and ambitious plans for sustainable global growth.We help people connect and interact with the world, working with passion, honesty and integrity.
