In this role, you will lead EU active substance registration strategies for biological actives across biocontrol and biorational products. You will act as Regulatory Lead for dossiers, coordinating submissions and ensuring compliance with EU bodies. You will collaborate with R&D, toxicology, ecotoxicology, and commercial teams to translate regulatory updates into strategy, driving market access and portfolio development. The position offers high autonomy and strategic influence within a mission-driven, international environment focused on safer, greener agricultural solutions. You will shape regulatory outcomes that advance Europe’s transition to sustainable crop protection.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead EU active substance approval, renewal, and amendment strategies for biological, biocontrol, biopesticide, and biorational active substances• Act as Regulatory Lead for assigned substances, overseeing technical content, submission planning, and dossier ownership• Ensure dossiers comply with EU regulatory, scientific, and procedural requirements (RMS, co‑RMS, EFSA, European Commission)• Identify regulatory risks, anticipate data gaps, and develop mitigation strategies• Coordinate with CROs, consultants, and data providers as needed• Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate, residues, and commercial teams• Monitor evolving EU and global regulatory frameworks for biological actives and translate updates into strategic insight• Support best practices, process improvements, and knowledge sharing within the regulatory function.Responsabilidades• Extensive experience with EU Active Substance registration under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009• Proven experience with biocontrol, biopesticide, microbial, botanical, or biorational actives• Demonstrated success acting as Regulatory Lead for EU dossier submissions and authority interactions• Strong knowledge of EU assessment processes, timelines, and decision-making pathways• Scientific background in biology, agronomy, xcskxlj chemistry, environmental sciences, or similar• Understanding of toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate, and efficacy data requirements for biologicals• Strong regulatory judgement, problem‑solving capability, and strategic mindset• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders• Fluent English; other European languages advantageous• Willingness to travel approximately once per monthRequisitos principales• autonomy• high ownership of technical work• international collaborative environment• contribution to greener agriculture• potential for career growth in regulatory strategy• stable yet dynamic role
