We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.Responsibilities✔️ Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a Brand’s identity and meet the needs of marketing teams;✔️ Creating artwork, such as logos, Brand Visual elements, and Brand promotional materials;✔️ Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image and messaging;✔️ Researching current design trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques;✔️ Presenting design concepts to Design Head for review and feedback;✔️ Making revisions and adjustments to brand designs based on feedback;✔️ Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;✔️ Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.Requirements✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a Brand Development;✔️ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of Brand Identity design, including different styles and techniques in Branding materials and Logo layouts;✔️ Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work;✔️ Strong communication and collaboration skills;✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;✔️ Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box;✔️ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities;✔️ Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;✔️ Excellent eye for details (compositions/ design structures);✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design (3D software might be plus).Benefits
