JOB SUMMARYLa información a continuación detalla los requisitos del puesto, la experiencia esperada del candidato y las cualificaciones correspondientes.The Brand Lead acts as the operational and creative guardian of assigned beauty brands, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality e‑commerce content across multiple European markets.RESPONSIBILITIESAct as brand guardian, ensuring all outputs comply with brand guidelines and client requirements.Maintain strong day‑to‑day communication with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities.Support the Client Lead in managing client expectations and delivery status.Escalate risks, delays or issues proactively, proposing practical solutions.Lead, supervise and support a team of 8–10 Project Managers; allocate workloads, guide best practices, and ensure quality and consistency.Oversee end‑to‑end production workflows for e‑commerce content across multiple markets, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring timelines, dependencies, and bottlenecks.Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality standards.REQUIREMENTS6–8 years of experience in project management / account management / production roles within an agency environment.Proven experience managing or supervising small teams (2–10 people).Strong background in digital and e‑commerce content production.Experience working with international clients and multi‑market setups (preferably Europe).Agency background is required.Strong understanding of workflows, production processes and asset delivery in digital environments.Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.Strong command of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and project management platforms (e.g. Asana, Workfront, Trello or similar).Fluent in Spanish and English (excellent level in both written and spoken).DESIRED SKILLSExperience in beauty, luxury or FMCG sectors.Experience working with broadcast or print production (nice to have).Additional European languages (French, German, Italian, Dutch, etc.).Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑volume e‑commerce environments.Exposure to process optimisation or operational improvement initiatives.LANGUAGES AND LEVELSpanish: Native or fluent.English: Fluent / professional working proficiency (mandatory).Additional European languages: desirable but not essential.SOFT SKILLSStrong leadership and team guidance skills.Highly organised and detail‑oriented.Calm under pressure and able to manage high‑volume workloads.Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Collaborative team player with a hands‑on approach.Ability to balance “doing” and “supervising” depending on workload needs.High sense of ownership and accountability.Ability to motivate teams and drive performance in a fast‑paced environment.WHO WE AREAt Omnicom Production, we assemble a team of the industry’s best craftspeople, each with a rich background in advertising, adaptation and production.
