What You'll Achieve Drive Brand Growth & Strategy: You will develop, manage, and implement comprehensive annual marketing and brand growth plans, ensuring total alignment with our strategic guidelines. Pioneer Innovation: You will coordinate the launch of exciting brand innovations across sales channels and implement robust innovation plans. Master Market Dynamics: You will analyze market data, competitors, and consumer feedback to identify new business opportunities and anticipate emerging industry trends, keeping our category ahead of the curve. Optimize Product Portfolios: You will propose strategic modifications to our brand portfolio, ensuring continuous improvement and perfect adaptation to evolving user needs and expectations. Lead High-Impact Communication: You will coordinate dynamic brand communication plans with external agencies to amplify our market presence and resonate with our target audience. Maximize Digital & Financial Performance: You will measure, analyze, and monitor marketing actions with a special focus on digital channels, while also taking ownership of the category budget control to ensure maximum efficiency. Who You Are The Essentials (Must Have): Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG Marketing team. Proven expertise in Competitive and Market Analysis, Project Management, Communication, and Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as IRI, Nielsen, or Circana. Exceptional language skills: C1 level in English and fluency (C2) in Spanish. A highly analytical, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making abilities. An agile, collaborative, and fast-moving team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The Plus (Nice to Have): Master's Degree in Market Research, Marketing, or an MBA. Previous experience in brand management within convenience channels is highly valued.
