Experteer Overview As a Mid-Weight Brand Strategist at CBA Design, you will translate briefs into strategic directions that guide creative work. You will conduct real research, harness AI as a depth layer, and turn insights into actionable hypotheses. You will tell compelling stories and defend decisions to clients, while co-creating with stakeholders in workshops. You will collaborate from day one with the creative team and manage your priorities to ensure outputs stay on track. This role sits within a multidisciplinary Barcelona studio that champions Borderless Creativity and meaningful brand impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define the strategic territory for projects to guide creative decisions
- Conduct ethnography, market analysis, trend forecasting, and benchmarking to generate actionable insights
- Apply AI as a depth tool to explore concepts and validate hypotheses
- Write and articulate the strategic rationale from brief to final strategy doc
- Present to clients with clarity and conviction, defending the why behind choices
- Design and facilitate co-creation and innovation workshops with clients
- Collaborate with the creative team from start to finish on projects
- Manage own time and priorities, communicating timelines earlyResponsabilidades
- At least 3 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio
- Strong understanding of consumer branding (identity, narrative, positioning, architecture)
- Excellent conceptual thinking from idea to execution
- Experience with research methodologies beyond desk research (ethnography, interviews, cultural analysis)
- Active practice with AI tools applied to strategy
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English; Catalan and Portuguese a bonus
- Proactive mindset and genuine curiosity about people, culture, business, and brandsRequisitos principales

- Hybrid model (2 days/week remote)
