Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background and a proven ability to operate in complex, large-scale environments. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in environments where both Agile and Waterfall methodologies are used in parallel. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, impact analysis, and estimation processes for new functionalities and changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test, and implement scalable solutions. Perform deep-dive analysis into business applications to understand their purpose, behavior, and interdependencies. Propose and execute effective resolutions to incidents and functional issues. Work closely with stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of business models and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Technical Skills Strong SQL expertise; a technical assessment will be part of the selection process. Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), Web Services, and usage of API Managers. Proficient in Postman, SOAP UI, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, and Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of .NET (C#, MVC, .NET Core, .NET Framework, WinForms) is a plus. Excellent communication skills across technical, functional, and business domains. Able to handle complexity and ambiguity with sound judgment and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications Experience in similar business models or industries. English proficiency (written and verbal). Certifications in Azure and/or Business Analysis (e.G., IIBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus. Job Responsibilities PAC Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes or new functionalities. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define, test, and implement solutions. Manage and coordinate functional testing to ensure quality delivery. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units, translating requirements into clear technical specifications. Support the resolution of incidents by performing quick and effective root cause analysis and proposing solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of the business model and processes to align IT solutions with organizational goals. Define and implement integration solutions involving APIs and Web Services. Use and manage tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, and Azure DevOps for testing and tracking. Continuously improve processes and contribute to the adoption of best practices in requirements management and delivery methodologies. Work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a complex and dynamic environment.
