You will collaborate closely with business and digital stakeholders to design scalable, market-ready processes that support global product launches and customer experience excellence.Your Mission & ImpactAs a Business Consultant – Business Analysis & Market Rollout, you will act as a trusted advisor coming from the business side, supporting marketing, customer experience, and content teams in defining and optimizing end-to-end processes.Your mission is to translate business needs into clear, scalable process models and rollout strategies that enable successful product launches across multiple markets, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.What We're Looking For7+ years of experience as a Business Consultant or Business Analyst working closely with business and marketing teams.Strong understanding of Marketing, Customer Experience, and business operations.Proven experience defining end-to-end business processes, especially content-related processes.Hands-on experience with market rollouts: defining how products are launched across different markets, phases, and maturity levels (must-have).Experience identifying and framing business-driven automation opportunities.Background in healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries.Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influence.Ability to translate business needs into structured processes, requirements, and rollout plans.Experience working with global and local stakeholders.Advanced English (written and spoken).What You'll DoBusiness & Process ConsultingWork closely with business, marketing, and customer experience teams to understand needs and priorities.Lead workshops to document as-is processes, pain points, and inefficiencies across content and customer-facing activities.Design to-be end-to-end processes aligned with business strategy, regulatory constraints, and digital capabilities.Market Rollout & Product Launch StrategyDefine market rollout approaches for product launches across multiple markets.Identify where to launch first based on market maturity, readiness, volume, and regulatory complexity.Design phased rollout strategies, pilots, and scaling approaches.Ensure alignment between global process standards and local market realities.Automation & OptimizationIdentify steps within business and content processes suitable for automation versus those requiring human or regulatory oversight.Support the definition of automation roadmaps with clear business value and prioritization.Act as the business interface with digital and IT teams to ensure solutions truly serve business needs.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a bridge between business and digital stakeholders.Facilitate alignment, decision-making, and prioritization discussions.Provide structured recommendations and trade-off analyses to support leadership decisions.Why Join Us?Career Growth: 70% of our senior leaders started in entry-level positions.Continuous Learning: Technology Academy, Udemy, certifications, and training budget.Flexibility & Well-being: Remote options, flexible policies, and the WeCare program.Meaningful Impact: Work on high-visibility business initiatives in global, regulated environments
