Overview
As a Business Consultant at SITA, you will guide the delivery and implementation of Airport Management Systems for clients, acting as a subject matter expert on SITA technologies. You will translate client needs into optimized processes, train superusers, and facilitate system configuration and integration with third-party vendors. You’ll work closely with customers to validate requirements, run structured workshops, and support go-live with early-life assistance. The role brings travel to customer sites and spans consulting, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational improvements. ResponsabilidadesProvide consultancy to resolve business issues within core expertiseCapture and prioritize customer needs, redesign business processes for efficiency and service improvementDevelop and run client workshops to enable realization of consultancy benefitsConfigure SITA software to meet business and technical needsBridge customer requirements with Product Management to evolve SITA productsDeliver consulting as part of a delivery team, build trusted relationships, present findings and gather feedbackProvide Subject Matter Expert support to the SITA Sales ForceExecute consulting methodology in line with corporate standards (deliverables, customer satisfaction, P&L)Keep current with new technologies and industry trends
Requisitos principalesExtensive experience in business and technical consultancy in IT & telecommunications, 7+ yearsExperience implementing complex software solutions at customersSenior-level exposure to heads of departments/functionsUnderstanding of Airline IT environment is advantageous, especially Airport OperationsSolid technical understanding (MS SQL & Windows Server preferred)Experience integrating systems at technical and functional levels (integration tech like web services, API, message queues)Prototype development capability is a plusEducation in Business, Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent work experienceBusiness Analysis qualification preferredProject Management qualification preferredBusiness acumenConsulting process & methodsFinancial acumenMS SQLWindows ServerJIRA
