As a Business Developer with GTD SIu0026amp;R, you will identify and secure new high-tech opportunities in key sectors, collaborating with management and engineering teams. You will expand client bases, represent GTD at events, and manage a data-driven pipeline via CRM. Your work fuels GTD’s growth in global mission-critical systems and control, electronics, and edge computing. This role blends strategic hunting with technical credibility to win complex projects.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with management and partners• Proactively approach and engage new clients, expanding into new markets and accounts• Represent the company in marketing, PR activities, industry events and trade shows• Lead opportunities development with support from management and technical teams• Maintain and update CRM to track contacts, opportunities and pipeline activity• Report to senior management with regular pipeline reviews and activity reports• Coordinate and contribute to bids and proposals in collaboration with management and technical teamsResponsabilidades• +5 years of relevant business development experience in a technical or industrial environment• Technical background in instrumentation u0026 control OR high-performance/real-time computing OR robotics• Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and technical clients• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition• CRM tools proficiency is a plus• High xcskxlj autonomy, proactivity, and alignment with company strategy• Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills• Willingness to travel for client/partner meetings and events• Nice to have: familiarity with public/private procurement processes and contracting; knowledge of scientific facilities or complex installationsRequisitos principales• flexible working hours• Excellent location in BCN HQ• Work from home policy• Ticket Restaurant• Free fruit on Wednesdays• Training plan and development opportunities
