Responsibilities
We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to build, develop, and lead a Business Unit, leveraging a strong business mindset and a true executive leadership approach.
Business Unit Vision & Strategy
Define the positioning, offerings, and roadmap of the Business UnitDevelop a credible and differentiated value propositionIdentify market opportunities and drive strategic growthRepresent Afixen with key decision-makers and partners
Business Development & Strategic Accounts
Develop and manage a portfolio of key enterprise clientsNegotiate long-term, strategic contractsEnsure sustainable, profitable, and healthy growth
Business Unit Build & Leadership
Recruit, structure, and develop high-performing teamsFoster a culture of performance, accountability, and high standardsOwn and manage the full P&L (revenue, margin, profitability, staffing)Implement effective performance metrics and action plans
Executive Role within the Group
Act as a true Business Unit leader, accountable for decisions and resultsContribute to the group’s strategic direction (offerings, organization, growth)Actively participate in building and scaling Afixen over the long term
Profile
