At ABB, you will work within the Autonomous Mobile Robotics GSC as a Business Developer for Industries, developing and implementing business strategy across General Industries, Consumer Industries, and Logistics accounts. Your role focuses on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation of the business strategy, including account plans and growth actions.
Evaluate and prioritize accounts, defining sales targets and ensuring achievement through a structured follow‑up process across countries and sales teams.
Drive constant dialogue with ABB country sales teams based on sales plans.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend appropriate actions to align market feedback with product management.
Contribute to the creation of Combined Solutions (Robotics + AMRs) by feeding market knowledge and customer demands.
Qualifications
+10 years of experience in sales, working as Key Account Manager, Business Developer or Industry Manager with automation and technology products in the relevant market.
Demonstrated experience managing customer accounts and executing sales strategies.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes in industries such as metals, plastics, electronics, and others.
Strong communication and customer relationship‑building skills with a collaborative, solution‑focused approach.
University degree and training in Engineering or a related field.
