We are seeking a Buyer to join our team in Barcelona, Spain, responsible for leading purchasing activities for international clients.Main Responsibilities:Inquire and expedite bids, negotiate, and place purchase orders.Prepare a list of vendors for inquiries.Check purchase conditions and conduct basic negotiations with vendors.Issue bidder lists for each Request for Quotation.Compile and issue calls for bids and expedite acknowledgment of receipt.Issue Bid Opening Forms.Evaluate commercial submissions and attend bid clarification meetings.Negotiate bids up to the final proposal.Prepare and issue purchase orders and expedite acknowledgment.Prepare amendments to orders.Conduct final supplier evaluations related to commercial and contractual obligations reflected in purchase orders.We appreciate your patience as our team processes applications within a reasonable timeframe.
