ppAristocrat is looking for a dedicated Buyer Planner for the EMEA region. In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials and services, supporting our Configure-to-Order production and field service needs across several countries. Join us in our mission to bring happiness to life through the power of play! /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liIdentify, assess, and choose suppliers throughout the EMEA region according to cost, quality, delivery, and compliance criteria. /li liNegotiate pricing, lead times, Incoterms, and commercial terms with regional suppliers within established procurement frameworks. /li liBuild and maintain positive relationships with a diverse, multi-country supplier base; conduct regular supplier performance reviews. /li liHold suppliers accountable through important metrics such as timely delivery, lead‑time adherence, quality performance, and responsiveness. /li liProactively manage supplier risks related to capacity constraints, logistics disruptions, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors. /li liInitiate bid packs and support regional sourcing initiatives where applicable. /li liManage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials using MRP recommendations and regional supply plans. /li liExpedite, de‑expedite, push out, or cancel POs to respond to changes in demand, supply, or logistics constraints. /li liAnalyze historical data, forecasts, and demand trends to adjust ordering strategies across EMEA. /li liMaintain inventory within defined min/max targets while minimizing excess, slow‑moving, and obsolete inventory. /li liApply inventory optimization principles such as safety stock, EOQ, JIT, ABC analysis, MOQ, and lead‑time netting. /li liEnsure supply continuity across longer and more variable EMEA lead times. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). /li li3+ years of experience in procurement, buying, or planning within a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and end-to-end supply chain processes. /li liExperience managing PO lifecycle, supplier performance, inventory targets, and expediting activities. /li liSolid understanding of BOMs, lead times, and manufacturing constraints. /li liIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis). /li liAbility to manage dynamic priorities and resolve supply issues independently. /li liStrong negotiation, communication, and collaborator management skills. /li liExperience working with EMEA suppliers or cross‑border supply chains is highly desirable. /li liMultilingual capability and professional procurement certifications (APICS, ISM, APS) are a plus. /li /ul h3Travel Expectations /h3 pNone /p pAt this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.
