Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Relief Captain for a 63m Private/Charter Motor Yacht
Start Date: 28 June 2026
Salary: EUR 500 per day (flexible depending on experience)
Leave: Temporary relief position until approximately 20 August 2026
Qualifications
Master 3000GT (or higher)
Valid STCW certification
ENG1 Medical
Requirements
Previous Captain experience on large motor yachts
Strong owner and guest management skills
Experience operating in the Mediterranean
Excellent leadership and crew management abilities
Available for the full contract period
Other
Cruising programme in the Western Mediterranean
Potential charter activity from late August
