A prestigious yacht management company is looking for an experienced Captain for a 30m private motor yacht operating in the Balearic Islands. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience and strong mechanical knowledge, alongside excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing the crew and ensuring high operational standards during the busy summer season. Priority will be given to candidates currently based in Mallorca, with an ASAP start date.
