A yacht management company is seeking a Captain for a private/charter 30m yacht based in the Balearic Islands. This permanent position requires a hands-on approach and strong technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and excellent crew management skills, alongside a Master 200 certification or equivalent.
