Certification Body DirectorTres cantos | ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORDAt ALTER TECHNOLOGY TÜV NORD, we are looking for an experienced leader to head our Certification Body, driving the growth of certification activities in emerging and highly regulated sectors such as cybersecurity, radio equipment, security systems and UAS (drones).This position combines strategic leadership, operational excellence and business development, offering the opportunity to shape the future of certification services within a global and innovative organization.Your missionLead and develop the Certification Body, ensuring growth, profitability and operational excellence.Define and implement new certification services, with special focus on cybersecurity and digital regulations.Manage multidisciplinary teams including technical experts, auditors and support functions.Oversee the complete certification lifecycle and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17065 and related frameworks.Build strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.Drive digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives.Represent the company in technical committees and industry forums.What we're looking forDegree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial or similar).Solid experience in certification, testing or conformity assessment environments.Strong knowledge of CE Marking, RED, EMC, LVD and related regulations.Experience leading teams, projects or technical organizations.Knowledge of ISO 17025 and ISO/IEC 17065 frameworks.Customer-oriented mindset with strong leadership and business acumen.Fluent English (C1).Experience in cybersecurity certification, product auditing or security systems will be highly valued.Why join usFlexible working hours and hybrid model.Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.Multicultural and international environment.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and emerging regulations.Attractive benefits package.Competitive fixed salary.24 vacation days plus additional days off.Reduced working hours during summer and Christmas.Lead the evolution of certification services and play a key role in a integral organization committed to innovation, technology and regulatory excellence.Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
